In-Person Acupuncture | 45–75 min
Each visit begins with a progress check-in, followed by customized acupuncture, a Chinese herbal medicine consultation, and personalized lifestyle or nutritional advice. We believe in complete care, so if your condition requires fire cupping, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, or moxibustion heat therapy, they will be seamlessly added to your session at no extra charge.

Cupping Therapy

In-Person Cupping | 15–25 min
Experience the restorative benefits of traditional cupping. Perfect for soothing chronic pain, releasing stubborn muscle knots, and boosting local circulation. We will utilize either fire cupping, sliding cupping, or dry cupping. The suction from the specialized cups gently lifts the tissue—acting like a reverse deep-tissue massage. While the treatment is painless and deeply relaxing, it does leave behind temporary, distinct circular marks where the blood vessels expand to promote deep healing.

Virtual or In-Person Herbal Consultation | 45 min
Receive a personalized follow-up consultation supporting your goals. Your herbalist will monitor progress and conduct an updated review of your supplements, diet, sleep, and lifestyle patterns. You choose your preferred method of herbal delivery: convenient granules, a liquid concentrate, or traditional raw herbs.
